Isle of Anglesey County Council is seeking a Business Information Systems Officer for the Social Services sector. The role focuses on maintaining and developing IT business systems within Social Services and providing high level technical support to end users.

You will assist in development and continuous improvement of functions and processes relating to the Social Care Management System (Mosaic/Access and other systems used by Social Services).

To support both Adults & Children and Families Services Social Services Systems and Performance Team with the maintenance and development of all IT business systems within Social Services and provide a high level of technical and operational support to end users.

Assist in development and continuous improvement of functions and processes relating to the Social Care Management System - (Mosaic/Access and any other relevant systems that the Social Services may use i.e. WCCIS, RAISE).
