About The Role
We seek an outstanding Business Improvement Manager to join our Knowledge Transfer Partnership.
This role is based at Training in Care Ltd in South Shields. Your responsibilities include managing and delivering an Innovate UK-funded KTP between the University of Sunderland and Training in Care Ltd, focusing on a strategic innovation programme to significantly enhance performance.
As a team member, you will play a key role in advancing our programme by applying your knowledge and expertise within a business context.
