About The Role

We are seeking an outstanding and ambitious Business Improvement Manager to join our Knowledge Transfer Partnership.

This position is based at Training in Care Ltd in South Shields. Your responsibilities will include managing and delivering an Innovate UK awarded KTP between the University of Sunderland and Training in Care Ltd, focusing on a strategic innovation programme within the company to significantly enhance performance.

As a team member, you will play a crucial role in advancing our programme by effectively applying your knowledge and expertise within a business-oriented context.

Support for travel, substance budgets, and residential leadership and management courses are also provided.

A minimum requirement is a 2:1 degree in Strategic Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline. Support, guidance, and training will be provided.
