The role
As a Business Improvement Manager, you will have a role that's out of the ordinary. Based in a nuclear submarine facility, you will have the opportunity to lead transformative improvements across the business in the years ahead.
Day-to-day, you'll lead and support Business Improvement Specialists within operations by coaching and enabling teams to identify, scope, plan, and deliver improvement projects. Additionally, you will:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
