Purpose of the Role
Join the Process and Systems Development team as a Business Improvement Manager where you'll play a pivotal role in managing, developing and deploying Sales, Marketing and Aftersales processes and IT solutions. You'll have the opportunity to utilise your project management, business analysis and time management skills, while developing multiple projects in parallel to each other and working with key stakeholders across the business. Reporting into the Head of Process and Systems your main responsibilities include;

  • Leading the management, development, and deployment on an on-going basis of a specified Sales and Marketing process and any associated systems or platforms.
  • Developing and maintaining protocols and processes to ensure accurate data is maintained on corporate systems/platforms and improve data and reporting quality.
  • Leading and influencing the Business to ensure their processes are designed to maximize data integrity.
  • Working closely with both the IT function and business to ensure timely delivery in line with business strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborating with the business to establish clear requirements for the solutions required.
  • Designing and performing User Acceptance Tests for all developments.
  • Developing appropriate documentation and training material to support the processes and systems used.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to existing platforms/systems to ensure they continue to operate in line with business requirements.

About the Team
The Process and Systems Development team operates within the Sales and Marketing department, partnering closely with our IT team to design and implement high-quality solutions using industry leading technologies like Salesforce. Our solutions play a crucial role in driving the strategic goal of performance excellence, while also ensuring the continued achievement of business objectives. These solutions are utilized by a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including our global network of retailers.

About you - Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical skills and data driven.
  • Process and I.T background is required.
  • Business Analysis experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the digital product development lifecycle.
