Are you an experienced business and process improvement specialist, specifically delivering end to end service reviews, designing operating models and implementing them? We are looking for you to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract to support the end to end service review and implementation of our customer service target operating model.
You’ll work with leaders across the business to ensure business needs meet strategic priorities, taking colleagues on the journey with you to ensure understanding, collaboration and buy-in. Working collaboratively with IT and our transformation office, you’ll jointly ensure that our target operating model is effective, is streamlined but most importantly, improves the customer journey for our customers as they are at the heart of everything we do.
This role won’t be brand new to you; you’ll have experience delivering process improvement methodologies and will understand housing operations, the housing sector and change management to drive results.
About you
Alongside the experience of delivering target operating models and service redesign, you’ll ideally have previous experience working in housing, specifically in customer service.
The key to this role is collaboration and people engagement, so you’ll be able to demonstrate effective strong working relationships you’ve built to take colleagues on service redesign journeys. You’ll be confident taking challenge and will seek opportunities out of feedback to enhance processes and effectiveness.
You will be part of a small team but you’ll confidently be able to self-start and get the ball rolling to integrate yourself into the business and understand the way we work.
You can be based anywhere; we know wherever you do your best work is best for us but of course, some workshops and meetings may be held face to face so you will be willing and able to travel across our operating area as the business requires.
Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
What’s in it for me
We invest in our colleagues because we know if they have a better day at work, the service our customers receive will be better. The Aster Offer is our offer to our colleagues to ensure they have a great day at work and includes things like:
