We’re now hiring aBusiness Impact Manager to lead and deliver strategic, cross-functional projects that are critical to Fospha’s next stage of growth.

The Role

As aBusiness Impact Manager, you’ll lead some of the most important initiatives across Fospha. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll work directly with senior leaders to accelerate growth, drive operational improvements, and unlock new opportunities.

From launching new propositions, shaping go-to-market plans, or supporting international expansion—you'll take full ownership of mission-critical work from scoping through to execution.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution—and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Delivery

  • Lead and deliver high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that directly impact growth and performance
  • Scope, plan, and structure new projects with clear goals, timelines, and metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve how we operate and scale

Business Support

  • Build commercial business cases, test new ideas, and work with senior stakeholders to validate and execute
  • Step into operational gaps across sales, marketing, or product as needed to unlock momentum

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships across Fospha
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders and project sponsors
  • Communicate clearly and regularly on project progress, blockers, and outcomes

Execution & Delivery

  • Move fast and with purpose—getting from strategy to execution with minimal friction
  • Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problems, break work down into actionable components, and drive results
  • Manage internal and external resources as needed to support delivery

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can step into complex problems, take ownership, and get things done. You should apply if you:

  • Have experience leading strategic projects or initiatives within a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Are execution-focused, but comfortable thinking strategically
  • Have strong commercial awareness and the ability to quickly assess opportunities and trade-offs
  • Have experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional workstreams
  • Are analytical, data-literate, and comfortable building business cases from scratch
  • Thrive in ambiguous environments and are energised by solving hard problems
  • Are highly organised, structured, and proactive in your approach
  • Have 8–12+ years of relevant experience (e.g. strategy, operations, consulting, venture building)
  • Are excited by the idea of building and scaling category-defining businesses
