An opportunity has arisen for a Business Immigration Partner or Director to join a highly ranked Employment and Business Immigration team in the Midlands. This role is suitable for a Partner or aspiring Partner seeking to develop a Business Immigration practice in the Midlands.

The team advises a diverse client base across the UK, including PLCs and SMEs, on all UK immigration matters, collaborating with overseas advisors for global mobility services.

The firm is looking for a senior Business Immigration Partner, Director, or Solicitor with an existing following and strong referral network to lead and expand this offering in the Midlands. The role offers the autonomy to build and grow the division, potentially as part of a small team from a competing firm.
