An opportunity has arisen for a Business Immigration Partner or Director to join a highly ranked Employment and Business Immigration team in the Midlands. This role is suitable for a Partner or aspiring Partner aiming to develop a Business Immigration practice in the Midlands.

The successful candidate will be part of a national team advising clients from PLCs to SMEs on all UK immigration matters, collaborating with overseas advisors on global mobility services.

We are seeking a senior Business Immigration Partner, Director, or Solicitor with a strong network and referral base to lead and expand this offering in the Midlands. You will have the autonomy to develop this division, working alongside the wider national team. The role is also open to small teams from competing private practices.
