Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Immigration Partner or Director to join a highly ranked Employment and Business Immigration team in the Midlands. This role is suitable for a Partner or aspiring Partner aiming to develop a Business Immigration practice in the Midlands.

The team advises a diverse client base across the UK, including PLCs and SMEs, on all UK immigration matters and collaborates with overseas advisors on global mobility services.

We are seeking a senior Business Immigration Partner, Director, or Solicitor with a strong network and referral base to lead and grow this division in the Midlands. You will have the autonomy to develop the practice, working with national teams but focusing on the Midlands region.

This role is also open to small teams from competing firms.

You will:

• Be a Business Immigration Partner or aspiring Partner
• Possess strong business development and networking skills
• Be ambitious to build and lead a team and strategic direction
