Job description

Business Growth Partner – Luxe Division

I am the BUSINESS GROWTH PARTNER responsible for supporting the head of activation in developing the go-to-market strategy for the brand and ensuring its execution in collaboration with the brand & commercial teams. I work closely with the RGM, commercial, and finance teams to influence and monitor sell-out and P&L GTN.

A Day in the Life
Monitoring & Helping to Drive Sell-In & Sell-Out
  • Reporting and sharing with GM & Brand Marketing team on the performance of sell-out by retailer.
  • Responsible for collating regular total brand performance data with key drivers/drainers by retailer and channel.
  • Owning the total brand activity calendar, ensuring high accuracy, and communicating peaks and troughs throughout the year.
  • Ensuring a market share winning plan for FY, with a focus on Q4.
  • Attending Brand GAP meetings and proposing solutions to close any gaps to trend when they appear.
  • Reviewing brand swings on the commercial forecast to identify opportunities and risks, and generating solutions accordingly.
  • Monitoring total brand coffret sell-in/sell-out.
  • Strategizing brand distribution in collaboration with the Head of Activation, commercial team, and MD.
Influence of P&L GTN
  • Leading the brand commercial aspect for trend and BFG meetings.
  • Partnering with Commercial Controlling to review investments by brand & customer during the trend process.
  • Embedding RGM learnings within the strategy and actively reviewing them.
  • Delivering on brand value targets by optimizing OCA / Mino investments by axe/customer/mechanic.
  • Defining and setting promotional golden rules in partnership with finance, RGM & BCM.
  • Owning the SLOB clearance plan.
