Business Growth Manager, Broker Partnerships & Invoice Finance Sales

Join Lloyds Banking Group as a Business Growth Manager, Broker Partnerships & Invoice Finance Sales.

Locations: Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, or Glasgow

Hours: Full-Time

Working Pattern: Hybrid, with at least two days per week at an office

About the Role

As part of our Broker Growth team, established in September 2024, you'll work remotely with brokers to develop tailored invoice finance solutions. Our team is committed to excellence and growth, aiming to be the leading partner for brokers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong broker relationships, supporting their clients with invoice finance solutions.
  • Manage relationships with national brokers, supporting their success.
  • Respond promptly to leads and make initial contact quickly.
  • Implement facilities up to £300,000; larger facilities to be handed over to the Business Growth Director.
  • Manage client application and onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions to Client Management teams.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quick transaction times.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Basic understanding of financial analysis and collateral risk assessment.
  • Experience working with business owners and management teams.
  • Invoice Finance and ABL Foundation qualification from UK Finance (or working towards it).
  • Track record in providing invoice finance facilities is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
