SALARY: £59,000 - £73,000 (dependent on experience)
LOCATIONS: Birmingham / Bristol
HOURS: Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
About This OpportunityAn exciting role supporting and oversighting the Customers in Financial Difficulty (CIFD) journey within our Business & Commercial Banking Financial Wellbeing Team.
Collaborate with Regional Directors (RD), Area Directors (AD), and Relationship Managers (RM) to lead all aspects of ensuring successful CIFD process integration.
This is a National/Regional role that offers the flexibility to work in an agile manner, maximising efficiency and driving value into the business. If you're passionate about making a difference and have the skills to lead and influence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Be an expert and point of contact for all CIFD and Local Support related activities within a Region.
- Identify Local Support process improvements with implementation to drive efficiencies and improve process controls.
- Implement CIFD standard methodologies such as early identification, quality interactions, and meeting preparation.
- Drive the right RM CIFD Culture and Behaviours. Design, embed, and maintain a cultural shift that will drive the appropriate RM behaviours to ensure the best possible outcomes for CIFD clients.
- Provide oversight of the relationship teams during the client journey through financial difficulty.
- Provide the RD and AD with Risk Oversight documentation. Support AD in Risk Coaching. Improve Relationship Manager capabilities.
- Ongoing monitoring and control efficiency of CIFD in SME - incl. governance & audit requirements.
- Ensure activities align with internal and external policies, standards, reporting, legal, statutory and/or regulatory requirements.
- Undertake regular oversight of National/Regional CIFD metrics, identifying emerging trends and influencing others to take action to address issues.
What You'll Need- CIFD Technical Expertise: Be the regional expert and point of contact on the CIFD agenda.
- Analytical Skills: Review and coordinate CIFD metrics, identifying emerging trends, and understanding actions required.
- Communication & Impact: Excellent communicator demonstrating the ability to influence with integrity and trust. Ensures complex messages are understood, actions are fully defined, and new processes are embedded.
- Knowledge of Product & Service: Understand the products and services of SME propositions.
- Team Working: Play a proactive role in their team and virtual teams (where appropriate) to support colleagues in meeting the goals of LBG.
- Self-Motivation: Display a "can do" attitude and dedication to delivering for clients and LBG to the best of your ability. Look for ways to exceed expectations and take personal pride in overcoming challenges.
