Working Term Time: 38 weeks plus 5 INSET Days plus 5 additional days to be agreed and worked during the school holidays
Salary: Grade 10: SCP34-38, £43,693 to £47,754 per annum pro rata
Actual salary: £38,713 to £42,311 per annum

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint a highly skilled, organised and motivated Business and Facilities Manager to join our evolving organisation.
Due to the retirement of the current postholder, this varied and challenging role requires a professional who has the confidence and capability to work independently, taking responsibility and accountability for day-to-day business operations within our school. Joining the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will manage finance, HR, Health and Safety, facilities and administration, exercising skill and judgment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness at all times.
You will support and advise the Headteacher with all business aspects of the school, seeking specialist advice from the Trust’s Central Team where necessary. We are offering the right candidate, the opportunity to develop professionally through access to funded qualifications, so they can build their knowledge and skills for a successful career.
