Job Type: Permanent / FTC Opportunities

Location: These roles could be based in our London, Birmingham, Telford or Edinburgh offices with time spent working in the office and at home.

Salary and benefits: £30,000 - £47,000 (dependant on experience) plus bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

The role:

• To contribute to the production of high quality, timely monthly financial forecast management information.
• Assist in the development and setting up of monthly rolling forecast process.
• Analyse and interpret key financial metrics and trends versus plan.
• To support the implementation of improvements in the processes and controls.
• Proactively engage other members of the team and the department to establish, manage and improve processes.
• Ensure a high quality of content and consistent presentation across all reports issued by the team.
• To contribute to Group Finance Planning & Forecasting workstreams when necessary.

What are we looking for?

• Experience of working in an Accounting team in financial services with a good level of accounting knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualified / Part Qualified Accountancy qualification would be advantageous.
