Job description

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Business Engagement Executive to join our dedicated team at Reading College.

About The Role

As a Business Engagement Executive you will play a vital part in providing support to the wider Business Engagement team in sourcing and securing high-quality industry placements for T Level students.

This exciting position involves proactive employer outreach, coordinating impactful placements, and ensuring each opportunity meets programme standards and delivers meaningful real-world experience for learners.

This is a permanent, full-time position based at Reading College. We offer flexibility and will consider working from one of our other campuses where appropriate.

What do you need to be a successful Business Engagement Executive at Activate Learning?

You will have previous experience working in a customer facing or stakeholder engagement role with excellent communication skills. With the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines and can confidently maintain strong relationships with employers, local businesses and learners ensuring the consistent delivery of high quality service is provided
