What is the Role?

Working as a Customer Service Advisor within our Collections team, you will operate in a fast-moving, customer contact center environment. This telephony-based role involves speaking with customers by phone and email to resolve outstanding account balances. You will collaborate with the wider collections teams and third parties to support customer queries and reach suitable resolutions for all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers receive the highest levels of service through exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Be adaptive in your approach, proactively managing customer relationships, and maintaining high service levels while meeting KPIs and targets.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with stakeholders both internal and external.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Experience in inbound telephony roles is advantageous but not required.
