An educational institution in Bristol is seeking a part-time team coach for its Sports Business and Entrepreneurship degree programme. The role involves coaching 10-15 undergraduate students, providing personal development support, and engaging with local businesses. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Education Department at Bristol City Robins Foundation, delivering on our innovative Sports Business and Entrepreneurship Degree Programme
Salary £17,329.20 – £21,474.60 (based on 22.5 hours per week) (depending on qualifications and experience)
As a team coach, you will work with between 10-15 students on our innovative Sports Business and Entrepreneurship degree. You will act as a team coach for this team of students on our self-managed programme. The students will run their sessions to develop their business ideas whilst you challenge and support these students to reach their full potential. As a team coach, you will be fully supported in using the course assessment structure to guide these students through their journey.
