Job Description:

An Independent school in Islington requires a dedicated Business & Economics Teacher, starting ASAP for a temporary, part-time position. The right candidate will deliver engaging lessons to Key Stages 4 and 5.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging Business & Economics lessons, tailored to the curriculum.
  • Prepare students for assessments and examinations.
  • Develop students' understanding of business and economic principles.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of business and economics resources.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Business & Economics.
  • Proven experience teaching business and economics at secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of business and economics.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students.
