Role: Business Director

You will lead strategy, growth, and client management, focusing on nurturing tier-one client relationships and identifying new opportunities. You will also collaborate with our delivery, strategy, and growth teams, reporting to a Client Partner.

Responsibilities
Client Growth
  • Drive sustainable growth and set strategic goals.
  • Build influential relationships with senior clients.
  • Lead productive meetings with clear outcomes.
  • Develop proactive ideas aligned with the broader group.
  • Achieve growth targets as per the client account plan.
  • Manage client relationships, forecasting, and billing.
Team Management
  • Set team tone and motivate members.
  • Conduct 1:1s and appraisals.
  • Set SMART objectives aligned with values.
  • Support recruitment and resource planning.
  • Deliver on client service roadmaps.
New Business Growth
  • Lead or oversee new business opportunities and pitches.
  • Focus on delivering innovation, creativity, and value.
  • Work with strategy and growth directors on storytelling and outcomes.
  • Support marketing efforts through awards and thought leadership.
  • Maintain 6-12 months knowledge of online marketing channels, especially Paid Media & SEO.
  • Be motivated, passionate about digital, and knowledgeable in analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
