Position overview:

A Business Director at Mediahub leads the strategic vision and growth of the client, oversees client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and manages a high-performing team to deliver innovative media strategies and campaigns, embracing our challenger mindset to drive revenue growth. The role involves working across two clients: AzkoNobel and Kraken.

AzkoNobel is a Dutch multinational specializing in performance coatings, operating in over 20 EMEA markets. Kraken is a leading crypto exchange supporting global brand campaigns, with a focus on culture and innovation in the financial ecosystem. Our London team functions as both the EMEA regional hub and UK-specific planning team.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Mastery of the IGNITE planning framework
  • Ownership of client briefs, ensuring clarity and connection through the IGNITE process
  • Providing strategic counsel and performance insights to clients
  • Establishing challenger goals aligned with client objectives
  • Delivering performance reports and strategic recommendations
  • Anticipating and addressing client needs proactively

Additional responsibilities:

  • Driving media transformation through digital and identity platforms
  • Embedding proprietary data, tools, and technology to enhance outcomes
  • Leading senior client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams and mitigating risks
