Business Director

Major Players, the UK's leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, is partnering with a renowned global branding and design agency to recruit a Business Director. This role involves leading client partnerships, achieving strategic objectives, and driving growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Oversee and develop large, complex accounts, ensuring strategic and creative excellence in collaboration with project teams.
2. Client Partnership: Cultivate long-term relationships based on trust and insightful solutions; act as a strategic advisor to clients.
3. Revenue Generation: Lead account teams to meet client goals, identify new business opportunities, and increase profitability.
4. Strategic & Creative Excellence: Ensure solutions meet client needs; collaborate with creative teams to deliver impactful work.
5. Financial Acumen: Use financial expertise for forecasting, operational decisions, and managing budgets.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Utilize agency capabilities to innovate and expand revenue streams.
7. Influence & Negotiation: Use strong influencing skills to build relationships and resolve challenges.
8. Business Acumen: Understand client businesses and procurement processes, fostering relationships with procurement teams.

Skills Required:

• Extensive experience managing large, global accounts in design, branding, and strategy, including innovation, brand creation, and packaging. Experience with Middle East clients is a plus.
• Background in design, branding, and strategy agencies.
• Strong business, financial, and resource management skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, remain focused, and recover from setbacks.

Location & Workplace Policy:

• London-based office with a hybrid work policy (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
