The Role:

  • Join a digital, social, and CX-focused team to consolidate and grow the account.
  • Build strong partnerships with clients to enhance their customer experience.
  • Bring expertise and challenge, engaging in strategic conversations and inspiring creative excellence.
  • Report to the Managing Partner and manage an Account Manager and an Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the strategy lead to set growth directions.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to find impactful insights.
  • Work with creative leads to improve creative output.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, fostering confidence and open communication.

Experience, Skillset, and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 9+ years’ experience in CX and direct response, including social & digital advertising.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Charismatic, energetic, and inspiring personality.
  • Confident strategic thinker with impact-driven approach.
  • Ability to recognize and push creative ideas.
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to execute effectively.
  • Ability to foster a positive, fun, and productive work culture.
