You will lead 3 significant accounts, demonstrating expertise in both EU and global markets, as well as scientific and medical communications. This combined high-value portfolio has strong potential for growth due to robust client relationships and new business opportunities within existing accounts. Work will span various therapy areas and include large-scale digital projects and strategic consulting.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level counsel to clients, solidify relationships, and drive account growth.
- Nurture existing client connections, ensure seamless onboarding for new partners, and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Uncover new business potential within existing accounts and convert opportunities into wins.
- Monitor healthcare landscape trends, gather market intelligence, and leverage KOL insights to anticipate opportunities.
- Support and mentor junior team members on client strategy, therapeutic data, trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of creativity and excellence, ensuring innovative strategies and impactful results for client programs.
- Empower team members by providing exposure to diverse projects and strategic situations to develop their skills.
What You’ll Need
