As part of our continued growth strategy, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our business development initiatives and expanding our client base across new and existing markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract and retain clients in diverse markets.
  2. Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, client needs, and competitive trends.
  3. Collaborate with senior management to align business methods, service offerings, and client engagement strategies with organisational objectives.
  4. Advise on adjustments to service design, pricing, packaging, and promotional activities to enhance market competitiveness.
  5. Lead digital marketing initiatives, including the use of social media, content marketing, and online campaigns to promote the firm’s brand and services.
  6. Liaise with advertising teams to communicate client requirements, monitor campaign progress, and recommend refinements to maximise impact.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 10 years’ experience in a relevant business development or marketing role.
  • Middle East experience preferred but not essential.
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record in achieving growth targets.
Job Details
  • Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed-term contract (60 months)
  • Salary: £38,700 per year
