Overview

Permanent JobBusiness Development & Training Lead with a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 dependant on experience plus commission. Location: North Manchester with good links to M60, M62 and onsite free car parking. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 3.30pm (35 hour week). Office based and client based. Access to your own car with business insurance is required as travel is essential in this role.

About the role You will help develop the training provider’s offering through consultative sales and relationship building with clients, predominantly in the education sector but with coverage across industries. The company specialises in training, data protection, consultancy and security related services. They are growing and need someone to promote services on a national basis to increase their client base.

Responsibilities
  • Follow leads, call new prospects, book meetings, attend meetings, close deals and deliver training.
  • Promote the company’s services on a national basis to grow the client base.
  • Travel nationally as required and manage your own diary; be in front of clients when selling or delivering training.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes in a brand-new role within the company.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Ideally experience in delivering training; not essential if there is a strong desire to learn and develop in training.
  • Must have access to own car with business insurance; willingness to travel.
  • Willing to undertake enhanced DBS check and social media check as part of the role.
