Job description

Lead and inspire a team of 4 phone-based sales executives.

Assign and manage campaign data to the team.

Conduct tests to boost conversion rates and implement actionable insights.

Monitor sales, analyze key metrics like conversion by person/channel, and deliver daily performance reports to the Head of Inside Sales.

Provide training, call auditing, and coaching support to improve sales performance, seeking support from the L&S team for specific training needs.

Motivate and inspire the team to maintain high morale and foster a high-performing sales culture.

Build strong relationships and product knowledge across the Alcumus Group to identify cross-selling opportunities.

What you’ll need to be successful
  • Experience leading a phone-based new business team.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and dedicated.
  • Skilled in pitching, negotiating, and objection handling.
  • Excellent understanding of new business sales processes and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets in a new business environment.
  • Team management skills, including conducting 1:1s, performance management, and coaching.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
