A leading company in risk management solutions is seeking a Team Leader for their sales division in Bath. The successful candidate will lead a team of phone-based sales executives, drive performance through effective coaching, and promote a high-performing sales culture. Lead and inspire a team of 4 phone-based sales executives.
Assign and manage campaign data to the team.
Conduct tests to boost conversion rates and implement actionable insights.
Monitor sales, analyze key metrics like conversion by person/channel, and deliver daily performance reports to the Head of Inside Sales.
Provide training, call auditing, and coaching support to improve sales performance, seeking support from the L&S team for specific training needs.
Motivate and inspire the team to maintain high morale and foster a high-performing sales culture.
Build strong relationships and product knowledge across the Alcumus Group to identify cross-selling opportunities.
