We’re seeking a Business Development executive at the early stage of their sales career — ideally with 2–3 years’ experience in tech sales — who wants to develop deeper commercial and consultative selling skills. This role offers a hands-on learning environment — perfect for someone looking to move beyond lead generation or inside sales into a more strategic, consultative role in high-growth industries — supported by a collaborative and experienced sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the sales pipeline by reaching out to new and existing clients in growth industries like Energy and the Public Sector
- Assist in preparing client materials and proposals, working closely with senior team members to craft compelling pitches
- Help coordinate outreach activities to build relationships with prospects
- Learn to communicate Endava’s value proposition, with guidance from experienced sales and delivery leads
- Maintain and update a list of target accounts, helping to define client profiles and sales strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends and pain points to support conversations and client materials
- Participate in meetings and discussions with clients and industry professionals to gain experience
- Attend external industry events to expand understanding and connect with potential clients
- Support sales and marketing alignment by researching prospects and prioritizing outreach

Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or similar, within technology
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
