Business Development Specialist - French - Frimley (hybrid 3 days a week in the office) ck £32K-£36K + benefits

We have an exciting new opportunity within a well-established multinational looking to recruit a French speaker in their Business Development team. This role involves nurturing existing accounts and acquiring new business accounts. It is essential to be fluent in both French and English at a high business level.

The Business Development Specialist position will primarily be responsible for researching and collating key customer intelligence to provide the Major Accounts Sales Professional with sufficient information to create targeted and compelling messaging for customer engagement.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Generating new leads and areas of interest for the business via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
  2. Creating decision maker contacts through LinkedIn, calls, and emails.
  3. Developing business strategies for targeted accounts.
  4. Identifying key initiatives of targeted accounts to grow and pass to the Account Manager.
  5. Updating the latest news and developments of targeted accounts.
  6. Maintaining an organized workspace and properly filing documents, updates, and product information.

Skills required:

  1. Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  2. Experience in business development, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
  3. Excellent communication and IT skills.
  4. Strong team player with a collaborative attitude towards achieving goals.
  5. Self-starter and motivator, energetic, and enjoys speaking with customers via phone and email.
