Owing to change, we have an exciting new role in our busy Business Development Team to support, train our Partners on Juice PLUS+ systems, compensation plan, promotions/incentives and best practices; all to maximise business growth.
Working in this varied, fun, high performance environment, your business development activity focus will be on our culture and upholding our values (Community, Longevity, Authenticity, Quality, Simplicity, Approachability, and Inclusivity), ensuring good business behaviour and collaborative communication style whilst also promoting a can-do attitude and endorsing accountability, inclusion and empathy. You will require confident public speaking skills and and charismatic energy!
The overall aim of the role of Business Development Specialist, is to manage current business and drive further sales and development with the existing Partner base, whilst also promoting the acquisition of new Partners.Within this role, the Specialist will guide Partners with the objective of growing sales, new Partner acquisition, and growing the customer base, building customer retention. This can be achieved by an outstanding understanding of our business, our markets, and our competition, and adopting an enhanced analytical approach to data, all whilst building strong, trustworthy and lasting relationships with our Partners.
