Driffield, East Riding, YO25

A GBP 25,000 basic salary with the opportunity to earn GBP 6,000 to GBP 8,000 per year in commission.

This is a permanent role with a hybrid working option of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Commutable from Beverley, Goole, Driffield, Hornsea, Hull, Pocklington, Market Weighton, Bridlington, East Riding.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Contact potential clients by phone to share our products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Maintain the customer database to ensure no leads are missed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to nurture email leads and generate results.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and stay competitive.
  • Follow up on website and 0800 number enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What Experience Do You Need
  • A friendly, confident personality with excellent phone skills and a positive attitude.
  • Experience in business development, telesales, or similar roles, with solid CRM knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Curiosity and sharpness in research and identifying new business opportunities.
  • A team player who can also work independently and stay motivated.
  • A valid driving licence and access to transport.
