Job Title: Business Development Roles (Corporate Events & Sponsorship Sales)

Company: Consultancy

Location: Fully Remote, UK

Package: £45,000 – 70,000 base + competitive OTE

Futureheads is partnering with a strategic business development consultancy that supports globally renowned brands across multiple sectors.

They specialise in producing curated events and peer-to-peer discussions, connecting C-Level executives with senior decision makers and relevant solution providers to overcome challenges, push boundaries, and drive growth.

The business has a strong 26-year reputation, with around 500 employees, and is looking to expand its UK team by recruiting new Sales / Business Development professionals.

They are open to hiring at various levels (midweight BD execs, Senior Sales Managers, Directors) and seek candidates with prior sponsorship and/or events sales experience.

The ideal candidates are dynamic, passionate, comfortable selling at the corporate director level, experienced in pitching and closing, and familiar with short cycle selling environments.

Requirements:
  1. At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales / business development roles.
  2. 2+ years of sponsorship / events sales experience.
  3. Excellent communication skills (fluent in English).
  4. Great network builder with 500+ LinkedIn connections.
  5. Experience in pitching and closing sales.
  6. Comfortable selling at Director level.
  7. Proficient with various sales tools.
  8. Focus on winning new business rather than managing existing accounts.
  9. Must be set up for home working.
