Job Description

Are you passionate about leaving the best possible first impression with prospects and pitching innovative software solutions to potential new customers? Let's see if you are our new business development representative (f/m/d).

You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...

  • proactively reaching out to new potential customers
  • researching for important contact details, finding potential customers, generating initial touchpoints through social media, webinars, phone calls, email etc.
  • traveling on a 30-40% of your time (to events, fairs, company events etc)
  • pre-qualifying leads to ensure ecosio’s offering fits with the prospect’s needs
  • nurturing prospects up to the point at which they can be handed over to your colleagues in Account Executive team
  • coming up with new lead generation ideas and implementing them in cooperation with your team lead and your team
  • tracking all data in Salesforce on a regular basis, ensuring to follow up on your prospects accurately and building the necessary relationship
Qualifications

To connect with ecosio it is important to have…

  • prior experience in cold calling and strategic outreach
  • motivation and self initiative to exceed KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
  • English (C2). Additional languages such as German, Italian or Spanish are an advantage
  • comfortable navigating through changes in the company
  • the power of persuasion and the talent to quickly win over your counterpart
  • enthusiasm for technical topics
  • strong communication and organizational skills

  • high level of self-confidence and drive
  • high resilience and tolerance for rejection
  • the ability to grasp IT concepts and technical contexts at a high level
