Business Development Representative (m/f/d)

Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Business Development team in the Benelux and UK regions. Our internal and external experts, along with our dedicated sales talent factory, will support your development into a SaaS sales expert.

Responsibilities
  1. Book sales appointments by creating outreach strategies targeting decision-makers within our Ideal Customer Profile.
  2. Deliver messaging that promotes effective business practices such as planning, forecasting, modeling, and budgeting.
  3. Utilize buyer-intent tools to research prospects and customize outbound messaging per persona/account.
  4. Identify and qualify leads from inbound marketing campaigns into sales opportunities.
  5. Follow predetermined outreach cadences to maximize success.
  6. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to meet and exceed sales metrics.
Candidate Profile
  • 1-3 years of Business Development experience, preferably in SaaS software sales.
  • Experience with outreach methods like cold calling and emailing.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and motivated to develop sales skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, buyer-intent software, or outreach tools is a plus.

This position is based in the UK.
