We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our UK team, covering the central European market. You will drive Dataiku's business development activities, understanding the sales process and technology stack, and ensuring their adoption. We seek a results-driven, proactive self-starter eager to improve and optimize processes to enhance performance.

How you'll make an impact:

  1. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualifying prospects.
  2. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design, research, and execute outbound campaigns targeting specific verticals or regions to expand the sales pipeline.
  3. Partner with Sales Executives to prospect and close large enterprise deals.
  4. Educate and nurture early-stage prospects for future opportunities.
  5. Demonstrate knowledge of Dataiku DSS, its value, and the Big Data ecosystem to engage with data and business leaders across various industries.
  6. Analyze and report on weekly activities to identify optimization opportunities.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Relevant sales or business development experience in the software/tech industry or startups, with proven success.
  • Organizational and project management skills, capable of handling high-pressure, high-volume tasks.
  • Highly analytical with a need to track and analyze activities.
  • Interest in Data Science and Predictive Analysis.
  • German language skills are required.
