Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or customer-facing roles. Experience in Logistics or SaaS Logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A hunter mindset, with experience in building customer relationships.
  • Active listening skills and excellent communication and presentation skills to manage lively conversations.
  • Ability to work independently and within an international team.
  • Solution-oriented attitude with high self-motivation and dedication.
  • Willingness to learn and challenge oneself daily in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional teamwork with Marketing and Sales to create new business opportunities.
  • Fluent skills in English, German, and/or Dutch are mandatory; Polish is a plus. Additional European languages are a plus.
