Business Development Representative (Apprenticeship)

In partnership with a leading UK technology consultancy

Are you ready to launch your career in tech sales? We’re working with a forward-thinking tech company to recruit motivated individuals for a 2-year Level 3 IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with Milton Keynes College.

This is your opportunity to gain real-world experience, earn a competitive salary, and achieve a nationally recognised qualification — all while working in a dynamic, high-growth industry.

Location: Hybrid – Milton Keynes office (Central MK)
Salary: £22,500 + Commission (OTE £40,000 in Year 1)
Qualification: Level 3 IT Technical Salesperson Apprenticeship
Duration: 2-Year Apprenticeship with potential for a permanent role

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospecting new business leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Booking discovery meetings and introducing the company to key decision-makers
  • Supporting Account Executives with lead qualification and CRM updates
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders and understanding their business needs
  • Using tools like HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach

What We’re Looking For:

  • A motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Organised, curious, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot
  • An interest in tech trends like AI, cloud, and digital transformation
