Looking to kick-start or grow your sales career in a dynamic industrial sector? We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to join a well-established organisation based in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts through calls, emails, and virtual meetings Generate and follow up on requests for quotation (RFQs) to drive new business opportunities Schedule virtual client introductions and assist with account setup Work alongside project managers to hand over client projects Achieve and exceed KPI targets focused on sales generation Use Salesforce and Office 365 daily to manage workflow and client engagement Provide adhoc administration support when required

What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience is an advantage but not required) Previous sales or account management experience is helpful but not required No technical background needed – full training will be provided
