Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated and sales-focused Business Development Representative to join their team in Newport. This role is key to driving sales growth and supporting expanding operations.


Responsibilities


  • Engage with leads via email and live chat to convert quotes into sales

  • Drive sales and retention by following up on customer enquiries

  • Process payments (cash, card, BACS) and manage credit control

  • Support the sales team in achieving targets

  • Collaborate with managers to deliver sales strategies

Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, telemarketing, or similar

  • Confident using CRM systems, email, and live chat

  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets

  • Strong communication, resilience, and objection-handling skills

  • Flexible with rota'd shifts (including Saturdays every 2 weeks)


Schedule


  • 40 hours per week

  • Monday-Sunday, shifts between 08:00-21:00
