About Pro Pixels Marketing
Pro Pixels is a growing digital marketing agency helping B2B businesses increase their visibility, engagement, and sales through social media management, content creation, and paid advertising. We work with companies that offer services or sell products, and we’re now looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us bring in new retainer clients.
This is a remote, flexible role ideal for someone confident in outbound outreach, building rapport online, and booking qualified calls for our founder.
Your Role
As our BDR, you'll focus on generating leads and booking discovery calls with decision-makers at service-based and product-based businesses. You’ll use platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, and email (once set up) to connect with potential clients and introduce them to our agency’s services.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify ideal B2B prospects
Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn and Instagram DMs
Craft compelling messages that open conversations and generate interest
Qualify leads and book discovery calls into the founder’s calendar
Maintain an organised lead tracker (Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM)
Attend weekly check-ins to discuss performance and strategy
Help optimise outreach scripts and improve response rates over time
What We’re Looking For
Experience in B2B sales, outreach, lead generation, or business development
Proficient using LinkedIn and Instagram professionally
Highly self-motivated and target-driven
Organised with strong time management skills
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Nice to Have
Experience in a marketing or digital agency environment
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable)
Basic knowledge of tools like Apollo, Lemlist, or Calendly
Interest in content marketing, social media, or advertising
What You’ll Get
£600–£800 base salary/month (depending on experience & hours)
10–15% uncapped commission on all deals closed
