Job summary

Clever Dining, a QR ordering system, is expanding to Manchester and Dubai. We seek two sales-oriented individuals to land our first pilot restaurants by approaching owners of casual dining spots.

This role is commission-only with no base salary; you will earn £150 per Manchester restaurant and AED 500 per Dubai restaurant once a venue goes live, with two spots available in total.

Qualifications

• Based in Dubai or Manchester.
• Comfortable approaching business owners directly.
• Sales or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated; commission-only with no base pay.
• Inside Sales, Lead Gen, Business Development experience valued.
• Strong communication to deliver value propositions.
• Knowledge of AI, SaaS or tech is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Dubai/Manchester and part-time hours.
• Previous B2B or startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Approach restaurant owners to gauge interest in a QR ordering setup.
• Explain how the system works and its benefits to the venue.
• Secure agreement for a free test pilot and hand off to the onboarding team.

Clever Dining is a QR ordering system we built for restaurants, cafes and lounges. It handles ordering from the table straight to the kitchen, has AI upsell built in to boost order value, and tracks performance for the owner. We just launched and are expanding into Dubai and Manchester, looking to get our first pilot restaurants live and gather real feedback as we grow.

Role Description

Looking for 2 people total, either Dubai or Manchester, to help us land our first pilot restaurants.

What you'll do:

Approach restaurant, cafe and lounge owners who'd suit a QR ordering setup, think casual dining spots, shisha lounges, coffee shops, bistros or any fast paced sit down venue

Explain how the system works well enough that they actually get why it's useful

Get them to agree to a completely free test pilot

Once they're in, hand them off to our team, we take it from there

What the restaurant gets:

• 100% free, we run the software in their restaurant and collect feedback
• Free content creation and paid ads for their restaurant during the trial
• No cost, no contract, no risk for them at all

Pay:

£150 for Manchester or AED 500 for Dubai per restaurant that agrees and goes live. Only 2 spots total between both cities, closes once they're filled. This is commission only, you get paid per placement, no base salary.

Qualifications:

• Based in Dubai or Manchester
• Comfortable walking up to business owners and talking to them directly
• Sales or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
• Self motivated, since this is commission only with no base payCandidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales to manage prospect interactions and drive revenue opportunities
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage prospects, deliver clear value propositions, and build relationships
• Knowledge of AI, SaaS, or technology solutions is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in the Dubai/Manchester area and manage part-time hours effectively
• Prior experience in B2B environments or startup settings is a plus
