Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in proactive prospecting (both inbound and outbound) using multiple communication channels
  • Ensure all marketing qualified leads (MQLs) are called within the same day with a minimum of three attempts.Complete sequencing tasks promptly without delays.Contact all outbound leads that possess valid phone numbers
  • Utilize external resources to acquire prospect data
  • Develop targeted lists and strategize campaigns effectively for new business and partnerships, ensuring consistent emails dispatched daily
  • Qualify both inbound and outbound prospects to arrange meetings with Account Executives (AE) for pipeline development
  • Represent Tatum with clarity and confidence, educating prospects about our offerings

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a BDR, SDR, or Full Cycle AE role, ideally in a startup environment specializing in SaaS
  • Proven success in booking a substantial number of new business meetings each month through cold outreach strategies
  • Skilled in developing and executing effective outbound campaigns
  • Comfortable with cold calling and engaging potential leads
  • Genuine interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and the Web3 industry; familiarity with the Web3 space is advantageous
  • Self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic and global startup atmosphere
  • Process-oriented and data-driven, with experience in utilizing a sales tech stack (e.g., Hubspot, Apollo)
  • A technical background is considered a plus
