Job Description

I am working with a dynamic and innovative company specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Their mission is to help businesses streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency through cutting-edge automation technology.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Junior Business Development Representative to drive sales activity and appointment setting for the sales team in strategic partnerships within the fast-evolving field of automation.

In this role, you will identify, engage, and secure new business leads and appointments while working closely with the sales team to deliver tailor-made RPA solutions to clients.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities
  1. Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social selling techniques.
  2. Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  3. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality prospects.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  6. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking all sales activities and client interactions.
  7. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set.
  8. Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  9. Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in the software or technology sector.
  10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  11. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  12. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  13. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  14. Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and techniques is a plus.
