Job description

The Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at NewStore, you’ll be the driving force behind our European growth. You will identify and create new business opportunities with leading retail brands, helping them discover how NewStore can transform their omnichannel operations.

You’ll focus on outbound prospecting, building relationships with decision-makers, and generating qualified pipeline for our Sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is curious, ambitious, and eager to kickstart a career in enterprise SaaS sales.

What You’ll Do
  • Build top-of-funnel pipeline and generate qualified leads across the European market.

  • Conduct outbound campaigns (calls, emails, social, and creative outreach) to engage key retail decision-makers.

  • Book meetings for Account Executives and collaborate on account strategies.

  • Support NewStore event initiatives by driving prospect attendance at tradeshows and conferences.

  • Understand client challenges and position NewStore as a solution to their business problems.

  • Continuously experiment with new tactics to improve engagement and pipeline generation.

  • Develop deep knowledge of the retail tech and omnichannel landscape.

What We Value
