What You’ll Do

  • Engage with warm and cold leads across phone, LinkedIn, and email to identify and qualify prospective clients.
  • Take a consultative approach – understanding business challenges, goals, and pain points and position Chameleon as the solution.
  • Generate opportunities by booking qualified appointments for our Business Development team.
  • Work hand-in-hand with business development colleagues to ensure prospects progress effectively through the sales funnel.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our portfolio of commercial interior solutions, including key differentiators and benefits.
  • Collaborate with marketing to craft engaging outbound campaigns that cut through the noise.
  • Keep meticulous records of your interactions within our CRM.
  • Consistently hit (and exceed!) weekly KPIs and monthly targets.
