Business Development Representative - Digital Agency - London/Hybrid

DNA Recruit is partnering with a fast-growing, digitally-driven agency that’s on a mission to expand their commercial team. We’re seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to play a key role in accelerating growth by selling cutting-edge Digital Marketing solutions, including Paid Media, SEO, PPC, and Retainer-based services — to mid and large-sized brands.

What you’ll do
  • Proactively prospect and generate new business leads in the UK market
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and agency stakeholders at multiple seniority levels
  • Collaborate with marketing and account teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
  • Proven track record in selling Digital Marketing solutions (Paid Media, SEO, PPC) and Retainers (essential)
  • Experience working in a Digital/Marketing Agency (essential)
  • Outbound Sales (Essential)
  • Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers across Marketing, Media, and Brand teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales prospecting tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £50K base + £50K OTE (uncapped) + accelerators
