Luminance is looking to hire into its Inside Sales team. This team operates in a fast-paced, meritocratic work environment, seeking prospective customers through various methods. The role offers significant commission-earning potential and is critical in generating new business for the company.

Business Development Representatives are outgoing, entrepreneurial self-starters capable of building rapport with prospective customers. Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Book meetings and recruit for Luminance events
  • Communicate with key decision-makers via cold calling and prospecting
  • Meet targets and achieve KPIs
  • Utilize social media for selling
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns
  • Maintain relationships with external Account Executives to support business growth
