Business Development Executive - Home-Based

Home-Based (Bridgend) | £32,000-£40,000 + commission (DOE) | Mon-Fri | Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Business Development Executive for a fast-growing company working with global brands. This is an exciting opportunity to develop new partnerships, generate leads, and play a key role in driving the company's growth across Europe.

The role is primarily home-based, with occasional office meetings, client visits, trade shows, and industry events across Europe.

Key Duties:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, building trusted relationships from first contact through to close.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with the company's service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all client communication and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy by sharing insights from the European market.
  • Attend occasional client meetings, trade shows, and industry events across Europe.
  • Support a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Proven success in generating leads and closing sales.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and online research tools.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Willing to travel within Europe when required.
  • Additional European language skills advantageous.
