Business Development Recruitment Specialist

MCS Group is on the lookout for a Business Development Recruitment Specialist who can drive business development initiatives and forge lasting client relationships. This role will best suit someone who thrives on generating new leads, who can confidently manage client accounts and deliver consistent results in a target-driven environment.

Role Overview

  • Act as a strategic recruitment partner to a portfolio of valued clients, managing the full recruitment cycle with a focus on quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build deep relationships with hiring managers to fully understand business goals, workforce needs, and role requirements.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client accounts, spotting areas for growth and cross-market collaboration.
  • Source, qualify, and present top-tier candidates who meet client needs and reflect their company culture.
  • Lead all offer and negotiation conversations, balancing the needs of both client and candidate to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for both client and candidate experiences-ensuring clear, timely communication from brief to placement.
  • Stay informed on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments to advise clients effectively and remain ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Desirable: Sales or recruitment experience, experience generating business leads, experience in a telephony role (inbound or outbound calls).
