As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will consult and manage businesses who are hiring and job seekers looking for work, homing in quickly on both parties needs or requirements you will then successfully match applicants to roles.

• Central Maidenhead office with £25,000 - £40,000 per year plus uncapped commission.

What you will be doing:

• Maintain relationships with our existing clients, as well as conducting business development calls to win new business.
• Develop a client portfolio, understand their needs and support their business.
• Provide consultative information to clients to ensure they are using the best strategies for finding the right candidates for their business.
• Candidate engagement, identify and attract potential candidates.
• Interview candidates to understand their requirements and best client fit.
• Support both client and candidates through the interview and offer stage.
